Custom-Made Bracelets
Each bracelet is custom-made specifically for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jilicharm.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Custom Products (if applicable)
For ready-made, non-personalized items:
Return Window: 7 days from delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
